Congratulatory Message from United Southsudan African Party USAP’s Chairman Joseph Ukel; to all South Sudanese.
From all walks of life, I wish you all Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2013. In mid of night 2012, we said goodbye to the year 2012 and therefore, said welcome to the year 2013. We also praised the Almighty for having guided the steps of General Salva Kiir Mayardid and all his aides in the Government of South Sudan in order to arrive at this year 2013. The year 2012 was a difficult year for the new nation of South Sudan because of the many challenges both external and internal.
But with our determination to fight for our better common will, we can now welcome the year 2013 with our heads high for we learnt useful lessons to benefit from.
We are therefore; called upon to combat tribalism, sectionalism corruption and all the divisive practices which are among our society. Let the year 2013 be the year of unity, hard work aimed at self reliance and democratic transformation based on the vision and the principles of our struggle.

As looking forward to start 2013. The future is certain but, elements of better life need to be put into action: and these elements are Truth, Justice, Reconciliation, Liberty, Freedom, Just-peace, Progress and love. By doing so I hope we the society of South Sudan may develop a ground for discovering some factors that shift the living, while creating possibilities and causing transformation. In brief, South Sudanese are with too many theories at respective institutions being public and private, I think it is time not just a time but, it is a high time for the South Sudanese to move from ideals or theories in practical actions . Let go to the fields... farming, industrializing, systematizing our Governmental and Private sectors as well let us renew and make our Church United and more Holistic. By doing so we shall have 2013 and other year peaceful and generate Socio-Eco-cultural stability across our respective villages, towns, cities and states and across South Sudan in general.
Again, it is a high time for the South Sudanese society as united to rediscover the value of our collective diversity, these values are to be respected with due of commonality that build in us the spirit of unity, integrity, solidarity and nationalism "the love of the nation".
I encourage the young man and women of this nation to start cultivating these elements which can one day lead generations into harmony and better living. I urge you to be creative while working hard day and night to transform your families, friends and communities as well transforming your country into rightful stage that bring about the will of peace, stability, cooperation, collaboration and fruitful relations that exchange positive deals among all and for the common good toward the common people.

Dear South Sudanese,
You are needed home, visit your village, FOR A CAUSE/S may be your grand or your father and or you and me kept away somewhere for education, jobs, vocations, visits, voluntarily-acts, wars, hunger, politics, displacement, misunderstanding, business, faith and many other reasons. Today God is calling you home...where your original place God gave your fathers of your fathers. Understand, "be blessed there, for God knows why he placed you there from the beginning."

Your villages has clean natural environment, organic foods, fresh fish, greens and fruits, honey and milk. go to your village and cultivate small farm plus three trees, build local room or modern room or a Vila, one cow, one sheep and one chicken. I tell this the foundation of economic growth. And here we go...
